At My Little Everything, we believe childhood is one of life's most precious seasons. It should be filled with love, curiosity, adventure and wonder, not the pressure of building a digital identity before children are old enough to understand what that means.

As technology continues to shape our world, we believe protecting children extends beyond everyday life and into the online spaces they may never have chosen to enter.

That's why, on 1 March 2025, we proudly launched The MLEverything Movement, our commitment to promoting thoughtful, ethical approaches to representing childhood in the digital age.

Our movement is founded on a simple belief:

Children deserve the opportunity to choose their own digital footprint when they are old enough to understand it.

Why We Started the Movement

Every day, millions of children's images are shared across websites, advertisements and social media.

Many are shared with love and good intentions.

Our movement is not about criticising parents, families, photographers or businesses.

Instead, it's about asking an important question:

Can we celebrate childhood while protecting children's privacy?

We believe the answer is yes.

Our Approach

As part of our commitment, we choose, where appropriate, to use AI-generated child models and digitally created imagery throughout our website, marketing and promotional materials.

This allows us to celebrate the beauty, diversity and joy of childhood while reducing the need for real children to appear in commercial advertising.

For us, technology is not replacing children.

It is helping us protect them.

Where real people appear, they always do so with the appropriate permission and consent.

Ethical Early Years

The MLEverything Movement also introduces our Ethical Early Years philosophy.

We believe children deserve the freedom to explore, imagine, play and grow without unnecessary commercial exposure or permanent digital records created before they are able to make that decision for themselves.

Ethical Early Years encourages thoughtful choices that place children's wellbeing, dignity and future autonomy at the centre of every decision.
