As each item is made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Please ensure you check sizing carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the issue

• A brief description

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We reserve the right to request return of the faulty item where appropriate.
