2 YEARS OF MY LITTLE EVERYTHING ❤️🌈

Celebrating the Living, Honouring the Unseen & Nurturing the Finest Foundation

3 November 2026 | Happy 2nd Anniversary, My Little Everything

As My Little Everything celebrates its second anniversary, our hearts are filled with gratitude. It has always been about love, life, connection and the precious relationships that shape us, especially the unique bond between a little one and the grown-ups who love and care for them. As we enter our second year of celebrating this beautiful journey, we're embracing both beings more than ever: the little one discovering the world and the grown-up helping them navigate it. Both precious, both important and both deserving of love, attention and care.

🌱 The Glowlet Years™  The Finest Foundation

Last year, for our first anniversary, we shared something incredibly close to our hearts: the importance of the foundational Glowlet Years™, from birth to two years old. One year later, our message remains exactly the same, only stronger. When we think about the incredible journey of human life, two years may seem like such a small amount of time, yet these earliest years are among the most extraordinary periods of growth and development. During this time, the foundations of the brain's architecture are being established at an astonishing pace, shaped by experiences, relationships and the everyday interactions between babies and the people who care for them. Every cuddle, familiar voice, smile, conversation and comforting embrace contributes to the connections that help support learning, emotional wellbeing and relationships throughout life.

These moments may seem ordinary when we're living them, but they are anything but ordinary to the developing child. They are the beginnings of trust, security, belonging and connection, and although our brains continue to develop and change throughout our lives, the experiences of these earliest years can have a profound influence on the foundations we carry forward. This is why we continue to advocate for the importance of the Glowlet Years™ and why we believe parents and caregivers deserve greater recognition, understanding and support during this precious chapter. Two years in the grand journey of life may be brief, but the foundations we nurture during them can make an extraordinary difference.

❤️ More Time for Families. More Recognition for Care.

Across the world, so many mothers and fathers find themselves facing a difficult reality: wanting to be present with their babies during these precious early years, yet feeling compelled to return to work because of financial pressures, limited parental leave or inflexible working arrangements. We are seeing more families speaking openly about these challenges and questioning why the very people nurturing the next generation are not always given the time, flexibility and support they need. We believe this is a conversation that deserves far greater attention, because raising a little human being is one of the most meaningful, demanding and important responsibilities anyone can undertake.

At My Little Everything, we believe more countries, governments and workplaces should recognise the extraordinary value of early caregiving by providing better paid parental leave, greater flexibility for mothers and fathers, and meaningful support for families who wish to spend more time caring for their little ones. Every family is different, and not every parent will want or need the same arrangement, but every family deserves genuine choices rather than decisions dictated by others. Those who choose to care for their children at home deserve recognition and respect, just as families who rely on other loving, trusted caregivers deserve support. We want to see a world in which parents can nurture their children's earliest foundations without feeling that they must sacrifice their financial security or future to do so.

This was a message we shared for our first anniversary, and today, as we celebrate our second, we stand by it just as passionately. The earliest years deserve greater recognition, the people who dedicate themselves to caring for children deserve greater support, and the unique relationships being nurtured during this time deserve to be valued. Because when we support the grown-ups caring for our little ones, we are also investing in the wellbeing of the next generation.

🌈 1 Brand, 2 Beings

This year has brought another beautiful chapter to My Little Everything, as we've expanded our clothing collection to embrace not only our littlest loves but the grown-ups who nurture, guide and care for them. From beautifully soft organic cotton bodygrows for babies to comfortable T-shirts, vests and everyday essentials for adults, our growing collection celebrates the whole family. Parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, caregivers and all the wonderful grown-ups who play a meaningful part in children's lives are equally important to our story, because the love and care they give help shape the environments in which little ones grow.

Our adult clothing is not simply an addition to our product range; it is an extension of our philosophy. We believe the people caring for children deserve to feel comfortable, confident, healthy and supported in their own lives, too. Whether it's enjoying exercise, finding a moment of calm, spending time outdoors or simply moving through the demands of everyday family life, our clothing has been created with comfort, movement and wellbeing in mind. Caring for ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually is not separate from caring for those we love. These things are deeply connected, and when we nurture our own body, mind, heart and spirit, we are better able to bring presence, patience, energy and love into our relationships.

💧 E Is for EVERYTHING… and in EVERY SEASON, E Is for EXERCISE!

To celebrate our second anniversary, we're also introducing something especially meaningful to us: The Living Water Workout! Inspired by our belief that wellbeing involves the body, mind, heart and spirit, this simple 20–30-minute workout encourages grown-ups to create a little time for their own health and movement amidst the beautiful, busy and sometimes exhausting responsibilities of caring for others. We know that finding time for yourself can be difficult, particularly when you have babies or young children, but even a small amount of time dedicated to movement can make a meaningful difference to how you feel, both physically and emotionally.

Our Living Water Workout is designed to fit into everyday life where possible, perhaps while your little one is safely being cared for by another trusted adult, or during a quiet morning or evening when your children are sleeping safely and you have a separate, suitable space to exercise. Using simple movements and manageable water weights, the focus is on good technique, gentle progression and working within your individual capabilities rather than striving for perfection. Our babies and toddlers are precious little humans, never exercise weights, and weighted workouts should always take place away from little ones, with their safety and supervision assured. For those who are pregnant, postpartum or recovering from illness or injury, individual professional guidance is important, and there should never be pressure to 'bounce back' or push your body before it is ready.

The purpose of this workout is not to change who you are or suggest that your worth is measured by your appearance, strength or fitness level. It is simply an invitation to care for the body you've been given, to enjoy movement, to build strength gradually and to remember that your wellbeing matters alongside the wellbeing of everyone you love. WE cannot continually pour from empty cups, and the grown-up deserves nurturing, too.

💧 Why Living Water? The Connection Between Body and Spirit

The inspiration behind our Living Water Workout comes from the beautiful encounter between Jesus and the Samaritan woman at the well, told in John 4. During their conversation, Jesus spoke about living water, offering something far greater than the physical water that satisfies our everyday thirst. His words pointed towards spiritual life, an invitation to discover a deeper nourishment that goes beyond our physical needs. We find this message incredibly meaningful because, while our bodies need water, food, rest and movement to thrive, our hearts and spirits also need love, connection, faith and nourishment.

Through the Living Water Workout, we wanted to bring together these different dimensions of our wellbeing in a simple and thoughtful way. Physical exercise is a wonderful opportunity to care for our bodies, while prayer, reflection and nurturing our relationship with God can help us care for our spiritual lives. Neither replaces the other, but both remind us that we are more than our physical appearance or the responsibilities we carry. We are human beings with bodies that move, minds that learn, hearts that love and spirits that seek connection and meaning. Body, mind, heart and spirit are all part of our journey, and we believe each deserves care.

❤️ Every Relationship Is Unique. Every Connection Matters

One of the most beautiful things about human life is that every relationship is entirely unique. Whether you have one child, two children or six, the relationship you develop with each little person will never be exactly the same as the one you share with another. Every child has their own personality, experiences, needs and beautiful way of seeing the world, and every bond develops through its own collection of conversations, cuddles, adventures, challenges and everyday moments. The relationship between a mother and her baby, a father and his child, a grandparent and grandchild, or an auntie, uncle or trusted caregiver and the little one they love is something precious that cannot simply be replicated.

At My Little Everything, we believe that recognising and nurturing these individual relationships is one of the greatest gifts we can give, because love is not about treating every relationship as identical. It is about recognising the unique person in front of us and creating the time, patience, understanding and connection that allows that relationship to grow. And just as every human relationship is personal, we believe our spiritual relationship with God is deeply personal, too. It isn't a competition or something we must have perfected by a certain age, but a relationship that can be discovered, strengthened and nurtured throughout life.

Perhaps this is one of the most important messages we want to share as we celebrate our second anniversary: it is never too late to begin a relationship. Never too late to reconnect with someone you love, never too late to strengthen a bond with your child, never too late to care for yourself and never too late to seek a relationship with God. Whether you're at the very beginning of life's journey or have already experienced many beautiful seasons, there is always room for love, growth, forgiveness, faith and connection. Every relationship has its own story, and every day offers another opportunity to nurture it.

🌈 2 Rainbows and 2 Beautiful Meanings

Our double rainbow continues to hold a deeply special place in the heart of My Little Everything. It represents the relationship between the little one and the grown-up, two precious beings whose lives are beautifully connected, while also reflecting the relationship between the physical and spiritual realms. The seen and the unseen, the tangible moments we experience in everyday life and the deeper spiritual connections we carry within our hearts are all part of the meaning behind our rainbow.

Our anniversary falls on 3 November, following the days traditionally associated with remembering those who have passed and honouring little angels. Our special day celebrates the living while honouring the unseen, remembering that the love we carry in our hearts is not limited to what we can physically hold or see. It is a moment of gratitude for the precious gift of life, for the people who walk beside us, for the little ones who bring so much joy into our world and for the spiritual connections that continue to give our lives meaning. Our double rainbow is a beautiful reminder of love, remembrance, hope and the connections that make every human life so precious.

❤️ 2 Years In, a  Lifetime of Love Ahead.

As we celebrate two wonderful years of My Little Everything, we want to thank every parent, grandparent, caregiver, auntie, uncle and grown-up who recognises the extraordinary importance of the earliest years, and every little one who reminds us just how precious the smallest moments can be. This anniversary is a celebration of everything we've created, from our soundtrack, books and journals, organic cotton essentials for babies to our growing clothing collection for the adults who care for them,  alongside our new Living Water Workout and our continuing commitment to nurturing the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of the whole family.

But above all, it is a celebration of life, love and relationships. We believe that while our children are growing, we are growing too, discovering new strengths, learning new lessons and developing our own understanding of what it means to love and care for another human being. Our children need nurturing, and so do we. The Glowlet Years™ deserve recognition, the grown-ups who help shape them deserve support, and the unique relationships between us all deserve to be cherished.

As we enter another year, our hope is that My Little Everything continues to inspire families to treasure the moments that matter, to recognise the importance of those earliest foundations, to care for their own wellbeing and, above all, to make time for meaningful relationships with their children, their loved ones and God.

Happy 2nd Anniversary, My Little Everything!

With love, gratitude and faith,

Sophie
