A New Chapter at My Little Everything ~ My Little English Time 

My Little Everything has always been created from a love for the little years, those precious moments of babyhood and childhood that pass so quickly, but shape so much of who we become. What began through books, journals, clothing, sounds and little pieces of inspiration has continued to grow, always with the same heart at its centre: the beautiful connection between little ones and their grown-ups.

Today, we're so excited to introduce the next chapter of that journey: 🌈My Little English Time❤️

My Little English Time is our new online English language learning experience for little ones and their grown-ups, created to make learning English feel gentle, joyful and natural. These are not about sitting still and completing worksheets. We learn through stories, songs, play, movement and conversation, creating opportunities for children to hear English, enjoy English and gradually become confident using it.

The sessions are especially designed for young children who are learning English as another language, whether English is spoken occasionally at home, they attend a bilingual or international school, or they simply have a family who would love to introduce more English into their everyday lives. They are also for grown-ups who would like to improve their own English, or for parents and caregivers who want to share the experience with their little one.

At the heart of My Little English Time is something I believe very strongly: every child is different. Every child has their own interests, personality, confidence and way of learning. So I don't want to teach every child in exactly the same way. I want to get to know the little person in front of me and their grown up, discover what makes them curious and build their English around what they are ready to explore. The child is the curriculum🌱

I'm Miss Sophie, an English teacher from England, CELTA qualified, a Sociology & Social Policy graduate, a children's author and someone with experience working with children in infant and primary school settings. But perhaps most importantly for this work, I'm a Mama too. I know how precious these early years are and how important it is for learning to feel like something we experience with our children, rather than something we simply ask them to do.

You can choose an individual session for your little one, an individual session for yourself, or a shared Little + Grown-Up English Time, where you learn together. For now, sessions are available as gentle 30-minute online lessons, making them short enough to fit naturally into family life while still giving us time to connect, play, learn and have fun. Our introductory launch price is £10 per 30-minute session.

Booking is simple. Choose the type of English Time that feels right for you, select an available time through our online calendar, make your secure booking and you'll receive everything you need for your session. You can join us from home, wherever you are in the world🌎

And although My Little English Time is something new, it isn't separate from My Little Everything. It is another little part of the same world. Our My Little Everything Sounds are created to bring gentle music and sound into the lives of expectant mothers, babies and little ones, offering moments to listen, relax and connect. Our books and stories encourage shared reading and imagination. Our journals and keepsakes help families hold onto the moments that matter, while our clothing and little things are created to become a part of everyday.

And then there is My Little Everything Community & Movement, the space at the heart of our wider journey, bringing people together around connection, childhood, family and the importance of protecting and cherishing the early years, both online and offline.

Our journey can be summed up so simply:

We are beginning this next chapter with My Little English Time, but we hope it will continue to grow alongside our little community. In time, we hope to welcome small groups and create even more ways for little ones and their grown-ups to learn, play, read, listen and connect together.

For us, My Little Everything is ultimately about gratitude, gratitude to God for the gift of life, for this beautiful world we have been given, and for the extraordinary privilege of being here together. We want to create things that honour babyhood and beyond, celebrate family and encourage us to notice the little moments that can so easily pass us by.
